Hancock Whitney Stadium

Project Overview

USA’s Hancock Whitney Stadium is a division I stadium that will seat 25,000 people. The Jaguars compete in the Sunbelt Conference. JESCO built the Core & Shell of the Operations building. JESCO self-preformed all pile caps and grade beams, along with slab on grade and slab on deck of each level. JESCO also self-preformed all brick and cast stone. JESCO poured the concrete and sister company Ellis Steel fabricated the galvanized steel. JESCO also poured the lower slab on grade vomitory concrete where fans will see the football players come running onto the field on game day from the locker rooms of the operations building which was built by JESCO. Sister Company Ellis Steel also fabricated the Videoboard steel in the South Endzone. The videoboard is one of the largest videoboards and speaker system in the Sunbelt Conference with two pyrotechnics chambers for fireworks. JESCO self-preformed all the hardscape concrete areas. This includes the sidewalk and handicap parking in the North parking lot around the Operations building along with three concrete paved entrances along the North and a large dumpster pad and truck dock pad for the TV broadcast companies. Slab on grade entrances to the stadium on the East & West sides of the stadium with the East side having decorative steps between the entrance portals.
