Project Overview

JESCO, Inc. delivered a 16-month renovation of a 170,000-square-foot facility in Shannon, Mississippi to accommodate Mitchell Distributing Company’s expanded operations following the merger of two facilities. The project required extensive demolition, reconstruction, and modernization to create a highly efficient, climate-controlled distribution environment.

The scope began with the removal of interior structures, CMU walls, mezzanines, dock equipment, conveyor systems, and outdated mechanical/electrical systems. Salvaged materials were resold for refurbishment or scrap to reduce waste.
