JESCO Announces Key Leadership Promotions Across Construction & Engineering Divisions
Four longtime team members step into new leadership roles, continuing a legacy of excellence and commitment
JESCO is proud to recognize the dedication and accomplishments of four outstanding leaders within our Construction & Engineering divisions, each promoted to new leadership positions. Their combined 135 years of service reflect both professional excellence and a deep commitment to JESCO’s culture of teamwork and family.
David Bryant, PE has been promoted to from Project Executive to Operations Manager at JESCO Mississippi Construction-Engineering Division. A member of the JESCO family for 30 years, David has successfully managed some of the company’s largest and most complex projects.

Trey Hard has been promoted from Vice President of Operations to Vice President/Division Manager of the Alabama Construction & Engineering Division. With 40 years of experience at JESCO, Trey continues to play a critical role in guiding operational excellence.

Jeff Buckner has advanced from Chief Estimator to Vice President of Preconstruction Services for JESCO Alabama Construction & Engineering Division. With 35 years at JESCO, Jeff has been instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to estimating and preconstruction.

Brian Slaughter has advanced from Senior Project Manager to Vice President of Operations for the Alabama Construction & Engineering Division. Brian has been with JESCO for 30 years, leading projects with precision and a focus on lasting client relationships.
