JESCO Welcomes Three FORGE Graduates Through ICC Career Signing Ceremony

Celebrating the next generation of skilled trades professionals entering the construction industry

JESCO, Inc. is proud to welcome three FORGE graduates who have officially signed on to begin their careers within the company. These Construction Engineering Technology students, trained through the FORGE program in partnership with Itawamba Community College (ICC), have demonstrated exceptional dedication, technical skill, and commitment to the construction industry.
The Career Signing Ceremony celebrated their achievements and marked an important milestone as they transition from students to full-time members of the skilled trades workforce. Their hands-on experience and classroom training have prepared them for meaningful, long-term careers, and JESCO is honored to support their continued growth.
This partnership with ICC reflects JESCO’s ongoing investment in workforce development and its commitment to building strong careers and stronger communities.

Founded in 2018, FORGE is comprised of a group of locally-owned small businesses, most of which are in their 2nd and 3rd generation of owners. Formed with the vision of strengthening the budding partnerships with local schools and being able to help teach students how to one day be ready for the workforce, FORGE allows these companies to work as a team to help build the workforce of tomorrow.
