Honoring the women who lead and support our teams across every project

In recognition of Women in Construction Week, JESCO, Inc. Construction celebrated the women who play a vital role in the company’s success by hosting jobsite tours for those team members who support projects behind the scenes.

The tours provided a unique opportunity to experience firsthand the projects they help bring to life each day, offering a deeper connection to the field and the impact of their work. From planning and coordination to payroll and accounting, these women are essential to delivering successful outcomes for clients and communities across the Southeast.

“Working in construction provides such a sense of accomplishment, for both the office and the field,” said Assistant Program Manager, Caitlin W. “ Being able to watch a new building come up from the foundations to the roof, knowing that my team, the company, JESCO, has been able to build and complete another beautiful project with the help of countless other workers and teams. Being a woman in the construction industry has allowed me to build relationships, take on new opportunities, and learn from both men and women who came before me, all while shining a new perspective on upcoming processes and challenges faced both in the field and at the office.”

As JESCO celebrates its 85th anniversary in 2026, the company reflects on a legacy built by people committed to excellence, innovation, and doing what’s right. These women of JESCO continue to shape that legacy and strengthen the company today by helping build what’s next.
