JESCO and Project Partners Honored by Auburn University’s Winchester Institute of Real Estate Development
JESCO, Inc. is proud to announce that the Centennial Hill Building project in Montgomery, Alabama has been recognized with the Outstanding Auburn Alumni Project of the Year award by the Auburn University Winchester Institute of Real Estate Development.
The award was presented to the project team, including representatives from Retirement Systems of Alabama, Goodwyn Mills Cawood, and JESCO.
Located in downtown Montgomery, the Centennial Hill Building serves as office space for the Alabama Department of Revenue. The project consisted of a 238,339-square-foot office building along with a five-level, 172,920-square-foot parking deck providing 429 parking spaces.
The facility was designed to support the long-term operational needs of the Alabama Department of Revenue while contributing to the continued growth and development of the Centennial Hill district.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because of the strong Auburn connections shared across the project team,” said Trey Hard, Vice President and Division Manager of the JESCO Alabama Construction-Engineering Division. “We are proud to have partnered with RSA and GMC to deliver a facility that will have a lasting impact on the Montgomery community and the State of Alabama.”
