To better serve its seven-county rural coverage area, Coahoma Electric Power Association (CEPA) relocated all business and field operations to a new, 34,850 SF purpose-built campus in Lyon, Mississippi. JESCO delivered the project through a full design-build approach, managing scope, design coordination, and construction across three buildings and substantial sitework.
The campus includes a 16,000 SF conventional steel office building for engineering, operations, and public interaction, including a Command Center for outage response. A 14,000 SF pre-engineered metal warehouse provides secure space for vehicles, boats, tools, and materials. A separate 4,850 SF pre-engineered maintenance shop is equipped with a truck exhaust system and wash bay for fleet servicing.
Extensive concrete paving and staging areas complete the site, enabling CEPA to deploy resources quickly and effectively in response to community needs.
