Project Overview

JESCO provided full design-build construction services for a 120,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Grammer, Inc., a global leader in automotive seating and component manufacturing. Located in Shannon, Mississippi, this modern, high-performance facility was designed to meet the rigorous demands of automotive production while providing an optimal working environment for employees.

The scope of work included extensive site development, asphalt and concrete paving, and the installation of a dedicated fire pump and pump house. The structure features robust 6″, 8″, and 12″ thick floor slabs to support heavy equipment and manufacturing processes.
