The Hancock Whitney Stadium at the University of South Alabama is a 25,000-seat, Division I football facility designed with future growth capacity up to 40,000. As part of a multi-contract initiative, JESCO was responsible for constructing the four-story Operations Building, stadium hardscape, decorative entrance gates, and the South Endzone video board with a state-of-the-art sound system. The Operations Building includes locker rooms, team offices, and premium viewing areas, all featuring modern amenities such as curtain glass walls and ADA-compliant seating. All concrete placement for foundations, hardscapes, and slab-on-deck, was self-performed as well as the masonry and cast stone installation. The project was further enhanced with the support of Ellis Steel, which provided and erected the structure for the massive video board and dual pyrotechnic chambers making it one of the largest displays in the Sunbelt Conference.
