More than 60 years after JESCO originally built the ICC Student Activities Center, the company returned to breathe new life into this 13,000-square-foot campus landmark. The full-scale renovation modernized every system and surface—from roofing and walls to HVAC and electrical—while preserving the building’s historic character and central role in student life. The addition of “The Yard,” a new covered outdoor dining and gathering space, reimagines how students connect and engage on campus.
