New healthcare campus unites clinical, therapy, and surgical services under one roof

JESCO, Inc. proudly completed the 43,450‑square‑foot Specialty Orthopedic Group facility in Oxford, Mississippi, a state‑of‑the‑art healthcare campus designed to bring three healthcare entities together under one roof. The facility houses a clinical practice, physical therapy center, and a full surgical center occupying the entire second floor.

The design includes over 20 post‑operative bays and dedicated recovery rooms to ensure patient comfort and efficiency. A key feature of the project is a state‑of‑the‑art sterile room for cleaning and packaging surgical tools, built with specialized flooring, paint, and ceiling tiles to meet strict sterility standards. This sterile room connects directly to the operating rooms, streamlining surgical workflow and was fully sterilized before turnover to the client.

To ensure adaptability for the future, the facility includes an open unfinished area for expansion, positioning the Specialty Orthopedic Group to meet evolving healthcare needs.
