JESCO Logs 3,000 Training Hours in Strong Start to 2026

Investing in our people through expanded training and company-wide OSHA certification goal

JESCO, Inc. is off to a strong start in 2026, logging more than 3,000 company-wide training hours in the first quarter alone. These hours reflect a continued investment in both safety certifications and leadership development across the organization.

As part of this effort, JESCO has set a company-wide goal to achieve OSHA certification for all employees in 2026. To date, 172 team members have already earned OSHA certifications, marking steady progress toward that milestone.

“Effective, ongoing safety training is absolutely vital to a good safety culture,” said Corporate Safety Director, James Moore Brown. “In creating this culture, we, as a company, do not provide training just because it is a requirement. We provide it because we have a moral, ethical responsibility to see that our employees receive what they need to do their work safely.”

This focus reinforces a core belief at JESCO: the best builders are also the best learners. By prioritizing ongoing training, we are strengthening our workforce, enhancing jobsite safety, and delivering greater value to our clients.
