Project Overview

JESCO, Inc. Construction delivered a 584,000 SF multi-purpose industrial facility for PACCAR, anchored by a 500,000 SF primary manufacturing building and supported by central utility, administration, and employee-focused spaces. The facility features structural steel framing with masonry and insulated metal panel exteriors, an 80-mil TPO roof system, and a two-story administration building showcasing PACCAR engines and full-size trucks. Additional highlights include a state-of-the-art auditorium, dedicated training areas, an on-site cafeteria, and the PACCAR House hotel designed to support executive visits and workforce development.
