Project Duration: 24 months
The project navigated numerous challenges, including COVID-related disruptions, material delays, and complex crane operations near Maxwell Air Force Base. JESCO successfully executed confined space work, high-capacity crane picks, and pressure testing for 24” SCH 80 PVC piping. Heat-related stresses were mitigated through proactive planning, and skid steer turnover risks were managed with strict safety protocols. Drone technology was utilized for progress monitoring and site observation, helping the project meet its deadline ahead of schedule.
