JESCO, Inc. constructed a 190,000-square-foot stainless steel pipe manufacturing facility for Schulz Xtruded Products, LLC in Tunica County, Mississippi. Designed to support the full production process, from billet to finished pipe, the facility integrates hot mill, cold mill, and support areas under one roof. Built with conventional steel framing, a TPO roof system, and tilt-up concrete walls with R-20 insulated panels, the plant balances heavy-duty performance with long-term efficiency and durability.
