Located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, JESCO completed a renovation of The Grand Hotel as part of its transition from a Marriott property to the Autograph Collection. The comprehensive project encompassed full upgrades and remodels of all 405 guestrooms, the conference center, spa, restaurants, pools, lounge, and back-of-house areas. The renovation also included multiple premium suites, including the Honeymoon, Presidential, and Governor Suites. Remarkably, The Grand Hotel remained fully operational throughout the entire renovation, even as critical infrastructure systems were replaced. Work was strategically scheduled during the “off season” over two consecutive years, with planning for each upcoming phase continuing during seasonal downtime. Point Clear Holdings, the property owner, is a valued repeat client, this marks JESCO’s fourth major renovation of The Grand Hotel.
